Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your BeautyByBella products quickly, safely, and with care.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (launches, restocks, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery time depends on the option selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

BeautyByBella is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.


4. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your address before completing your order.
BeautyByBella is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


5. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, BeautyByBella is not responsible for loss or theft.

If your package appears missing:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Reach out to us at info@bellapurebeauty.com

We will assist you in filing a claim when applicable.


6. International Shipping

At this time, BeautyByBella ships only within the United States.
